Dale Langley – Of Counsel, Attorney at Law

Dale has a wealth of experience in all areas of intellectual property law and corporate matters.

His clients rely on his expertise in the preparation and prosecution of patent, trademark and copyright applications and protection of trade secrets — in the U.S. and internationally — in contractual and licensing transactions, and the enforcement of intellectual property and other rights, and defense against claims.

Clients also rely on him for his experience assisting clients with general corporate matters, such as company formation and organization, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, financings, and more.

Prior to establishing his own firm, Dale was a partner and associate at several major law firms in Dallas and Austin, Texas. He strives to provide exceptional legal counsel to his clients, and he is well respected in the legal and technology communities. Dale is AV Preeminent Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell.

Dale is admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and before the state and federal courts of Texas, including the U.S. District Courts for the Western, Northern, Southern, and Eastern Districts.
